To: All ladies interested in EVAC softball,
The softball season is almost upon us. Tryouts for the varsity team will be in early February with practices starting shortly thereafter. If you are 13 to 19 years old and homeschooled, I would like to invite you to a couple of voluntary throwing/catching sessions on the next two Saturdays (Jan. 28 and Feb 4). Please forward this email to anyone you know that might be interested. The season runs from approximately mid-March to mid-May. Games and practices are held primarily in the east valley with the preference during late afternoon (daylight hours). Practices are two to three times a week until the season starts and then time permitting once games begin. We’re going to hold the cost below $200 per player. We are accommodating as much as possible to work and school schedules.
The two sessions we are scheduling at the moment will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday 1/28 and Saturday 2/4. The location is at Houston Elementary School in Gilbert, at the intersection of Houston and Burke streets.

EVAC varsity boys baseball tryout dates are set.
Dates will be 2/4/12 at approximately 1 pm and 2/11/12 at approximately 3 pm at a Chandler baseball park - most likely Espy. Chandler does not anticpate a problem but now only confirms reservations 3 days prior so another email blast will go out to confirm place and time when finalized. Attendance at both sessions is not required but recommended. Practice will begin the week after the second date.
